Abstract:
The present invention provides a refrigeration appliance, comprising an evaporator compartment. The evaporator compartment comprises an opening and a thermal insulation cover plate sealing the opening; the thermal insulation cover plate comprises an outer housing, an inner housing, and a VIP plate provided between the inner housing and the outer housing; a middle portion of the inner housing protrudes toward the evaporator compartment relative to an outer peripheral portion; the side of the VIP plate facing the inner housing is in a stepped shape matching the outer peripheral portion and the middle portion. In this way, the thermal insulation effect of the evaporator compartment can be improved.
