This refrigeration cycle device is provided with: a compressor (11) that suctions and discharges a coolant; an air-coolant heat exchanger (12) that exchanges heat between air and the coolant; an expansion valve (15) that reduces the pressure of the coolant; a heating medium-coolant heat exchanger (13) that exchanges heat between a heating medium and the coolant; a cold heat utilization apparatus (23) that uses the cold heat of the heating medium; a warm heat utilization apparatus (24) that uses the warm heat of the heating medium; a coolant flow switching valve (16) that switches between a heating medium cooling mode for cooling the heating medium with the heating medium-coolant heat exchanger (13) and a heating medium heating mode for heating the heating medium with the heating medium-coolant heat exchanger (13); and heating medium flow switching devices (25, 26) that switch the flow of the heating medium such that, in the heating medium cooling mode, the heating medium circulates between the heating medium-coolant heat exchanger (13) and the cold heat utilization apparatus (23), and in the heating medium heating mode, the heating medium circulates between the heating medium-coolant heat exchanger (13) and the warm heat utilization apparatus (24).
