Abstract:
This refrigeration cycle device (100) comprises a first refrigerant circuit which includes a compressor (1), a condenser (2), a first expansion valve (3), and an evaporator (4), wherein a refrigerant circulates through the compressor, the condenser, the first expansion valve, and the evaporator in the stated order. The compressor has a discharge port which discharges the refrigerant at a first pressure, an intake port which takes in the refrigerant at a second pressure lower than the first pressure, and an intermediate pressure port into which the refrigerant flows at an intermediate pressure between the first pressure and the second pressure. The refrigeration cycle device further comprises an intermediate pressure injection flow path (13) which has a first end connected between the condenser and the first expansion valve in the first refrigerant circuit, and a second end connected to the intermediate pressure port of the compressor, and which returns, to the compressor, a portion of the refrigerant that has flowed out from the condenser back. The intermediate pressure injection flow path includes a cooling unit (6) which cools the refrigerant flowing through the intermediate pressure injection flow path by means of a cold/heat source.
