Abstract:
Provided is a refrigeration cycle device with which it is possible to increase the reliability of a connection location of a safety valve. The refrigeration cycle device comprises: a secondary-side refrigerant circuit (10) having a secondary-side receiver (45) that stores a refrigerant; a flow path switching unit (96) that has a first connecting part (97a), a second connecting part (98a), and a third connecting part (99a) connecting to the secondary-side receiver (45), and that switches between a first state in which the third connecting part (99a) and the first connecting part (97a) communicate, and a second state in which the third connecting part (99a) and the second connecting part (98a) communicate; and safety valves (91, 92) that have safety valve connecting parts (91a, 92a) connecting to the first connecting part (97a) or second connecting part (98a), and that allow the refrigerant to escape outside when the refrigerant pressure inside the secondary-side receiver (45) satisfies a prescribed condition. At least the safety valve connecting parts (91a, 92a) of the safety valves (91, 92) are made of stainless steel. The flow path switching unit (96) has a potential difference with respect to the safety valve connecting part (91a) of the first connecting part (97a) of 0.35 V or lower, and a potential difference with respect to the safety valve connecting part (92a) of the second connecting part (98a) of 0.35 V or lower. The allowable tensile stress of the safety valve connecting part (91a) with respect to the first connecting part (97a) is 3.0 times or lower, and the allowable tensile stress of the safety valve connecting part (92a) with respect to the second connecting part (98a) is 3.0 times or lower.
