Title:
REFRIGERATION CYCLE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/188317
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a refrigeration cycle device in which deterioration of a light source of a sensor that includes a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit can be suppressed. To this end, the refrigeration cycle device is provided with a sensor unit for detecting leakage of a refrigerant. The sensor unit comprises a light emitting unit for emitting infrared light, and a light receiving unit for receiving infrared light. The refrigeration cycle device additionally comprises: a control unit for controlling the application of a voltage to the light emitting unit; and a detecting unit for detecting leakage of the refrigerant on the basis of a reception state of the infrared light by the light receiving unit. The control unit applies a voltage having a first voltage value to the light emitting unit if an airflow rate of a blower fan is less than a reference airflow rate, and applies a voltage having a second voltage value set to a value that is less than the first voltage value and is at least equal to 0 if the airflow rate of the blower fan is equal to or greater than the reference airflow rate. The detecting unit detects leakage of the refrigerant on the basis of the reception state of the infrared light by the light receiving unit immediately after the voltage applied to the light emitting unit has been changed from the second voltage value to the first voltage value.
