Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle device (100) comprises a refrigerant circuit including: a compressor (11); a hexagonal valve (12); a first heat exchanger (13); a first expansion valve (21); and a second heat exchanger (22). The hexagonal valve includes: a first port (P1) connected to an outlet of the compressor; a second port (P2) connected to an intake port of the compressor; a third port (P3) connected to a first inlet (13a) of the first heat exchanger; a fourth port (P4) connected to a first outlet (13b) of the first heat exchanger; a fifth port (P5) connected to a first inlet/outlet (22a) of the second heat exchanger via the first expansion valve; and a sixth port (P6) connected to a second inlet/outlet (22b) of the second heat exchanger. The refrigeration cycle device switches the refrigerant circuit between a first state in which the compressor, the first heat exchanger, and the second heat exchanger are linked in that order, and a second state in which the compressor, the second heat exchanger, and the first heat exchanger are linked in that order. The direction in which refrigerant flows within the first heat exchanger is the same in the first and second states, and the first inlet is disposed above the first outlet.
