Abstract:
This refrigeration cycle device causes a first refrigerant to circulate in a first refrigerant circuit, and cools a first target with the first refrigerant. The refrigeration cycle device comprises a first compressor, a first heat exchanger, an evaporator, a first valve, a first pressure detection device, a first temperature detection device, a control device, a liquid receiver, and a second refrigerant circuit. A second refrigerant is caused to circulate in the second refrigerant circuit. The second refrigerant circuit comprises a second compressor, a second heat exchanger, a second valve, and the first heat exchanger. The first compressor compresses the first refrigerant. The first heat exchanger causes heat exchange between the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant. The evaporator causes the first refrigerant to exchange heat with the first target. The first valve is provided on an upstream side from the evaporator in the first refrigerant circuit and, in an open state, allows the first refrigerant to flow to the evaporator. The first pressure detection device detects a first pressure, which is the pressure of the first refrigerant. The first temperature detection device detects a first temperature, which is the temperature of the first target in the evaporator. The control device controls the first compressor and the first valve. The second compressor compresses the second refrigerant. The second heat exchanger causes the second refrigerant to exchange heat with a third target, and the second valve reduces the pressure of the second refrigerant. If the first pressure is at or above a first threshold value pressure determined in advance, and the first temperature is at or below a threshold value temperature determined in advance, the control device controls the first valve to the open state.
