Abstract:
A refrigeration liquid delivery device for a durene crystallization kettle, comprising a square pipe, a first bracket, a delivery pipe, a second bracket, a connection pipe, a short pipe, a vertical pipe, and a delivery pump. The upper end of the square tube passes through the first bracket, and is connected to the delivery pipe. The end of the first bracket facing away from the square tube is connected to the outer surface of the second bracket. The second bracket is fixed on the ground on the outer side of a refrigeration liquid pool. A winding shaft is mounted on the side of the upper end of the second bracket close to the square tube. A lifting rope is wound on the annular side surface of the winding shaft. The lower end of the lifting rope is connected to an upper surface of a carrier. The lower side surface of the carrier is attached to the bottom surface of the refrigeration liquid pool. The delivery pump is mounted on the upper end of the carrier, and the upper end of the delivery pump is connected to the vertical pipe. The short pipe is fixed to the side of the upper end of the vertical pipe close to the square pipe. The connection pipe is sleeved on the end of the short pipe close to the square pipe. The end of the connection pipe facing away from the vertical pipe is tightly attached to the outer surface of the square pipe on the outer side of a communication hole. The present utility model features a proper structure and is easy to repair.
