Abstract:
This refrigerator communication system comprises a refrigerator, an information processing device, a portable terminal, an inspection means, and a determination means. The refrigerator is provided with: a storage compartment; a temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the storage compartment; temperature control equipment; a communication means for receiving an inspection execution request for the temperature control equipment from a network; and an equipment control means for executing an inspection in which the temperature control equipment is operated according to an inspection program, upon receiving the inspection execution request from the network. The information processing device stores the inspection program and transmits inspection results to the network. The portable terminal receives the inspection results from the information processing device via the network, displays the inspection results, and transmits inspection request information including the inspection execution request to the network. The inspection means causes the equipment control means to execute the inspection in which the temperature control equipment is operated according to the inspection program. The determination means determines whether or not the change in the temperature detected by the temperature detection means due to the operation of equipment to be inspected is within a predetermined normal range, and outputs the result as an inspection result.
