A refrigerator and an electrolytic deoxygenation device therefor. The electrolytic deoxygenation device comprises a housing, a cooling condensation plate, and an electrolysis chamber, wherein an accommodating cavity is provided in the housing; one surface of the housing is provided with an opening; the cooling condensation plate is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is positioned at the opening; the electrolysis chamber is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is used for separating oxygen from air flowing through the accommodating cavity by means of an electrochemical reaction; and the cooling condensation plate is provided with a plurality of air inlets, the plurality of air inlets being capable of allowing external air to enter the accommodating cavity, so as to enter the electrolysis chamber. By means of the housing, the electrolysis chamber in the electrolytic deoxygenation device is protected, scratching between articles in a storage compartment and the electrolytic deoxygenation device is avoided, such that the structure of the electrolytic deoxygenation device itself and a mounting structure therefor are prevented from being damaged.
