Abstract:
A refrigerator (10), and a fault monitoring method for an ultrasonic-assisted processing apparatus (200) thereof. The ultrasonic-assisted processing apparatus (200) comprises: a plurality of first ultrasonic transducers (210), which are arranged in parallel, receive driving signals sent by the same ultrasonic generator (230), and are used for generating ultrasonic vibration for a target food material; and a second ultrasonic transducer (220), which is used for generating an actual induced voltage from the ultrasonic vibration. The fault monitoring method comprises: acquiring an actual induced voltage generated by a second ultrasonic transducer (220); comparing the actual induced voltage with a standard induced voltage; and if the actual induced voltage is less than the standard induced voltage, switching off a power supply of an ultrasonic generator (230). Whether there is a faulty first ultrasonic transducer (210) among a plurality of first ultrasonic transducers (210) can be found in a timely manner, such that the faulty first ultrasonic transducer (210) is repaired or replaced in a timely manner, thereby avoiding danger.
