Abstract:
A refrigerator (10) and an overheating protection method for an ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) thereof. The method comprises: obtaining the temperature of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200), and comparing the temperature of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) to a first preset temperature; if the temperature of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) is higher than the first preset temperature, controlling the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) to operate in a preset protection mode; or if the temperature of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) is lower than the first preset temperature, adding a total processing time of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) until the total processing time of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) reaches a preset processing time, and then turning off the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200). The method can prevent the temperature of the ultrasonic auxiliary processing apparatus (200) from being excessively high during an operation process, thereby effectively preventing the processing quality of food materials from being adversely affected.
