Disclosed by the present application are a refrigerator refrigeration system and a refrigerator defrosting method. The refrigerator refrigeration system comprises a refrigerant circulation flow path, and a compressor, a condenser, a throttling device and an evaporator are arranged on the refrigerant circulation flow path. The evaporator comprises a heat exchange core tube, and the heat exchange core tube comprises a main inlet, a main outlet and at least one intermediate inlet. The refrigerant circulation flow path comprises a first flow path section, and a defrosting branch is connected between an exhaust port of the compressor and the main inlet and the at least one intermediate inlet. A switching device is used for switching the defrosting branch to connect the exhaust port of the compressor to at least one among the main inlet and the at least one intermediate inlet, and is further used for switching the first flow path section to be in a circulation state. When the exhaust port of the compressor is connected to the main inlet, the entire heat exchange core tube is defrosted; and when the exhaust port of the compressor is connected to the at least one intermediate inlet, a part of the heat exchange core tube is defrosted.
