Abstract:
Provided are a refrigerator and a water supply control method for a refrigerator. The refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, an ice maker, a water dispenser, a multi-way directional valve, a flow meter and a controller. The flow meter is arranged at a water inlet and is configured to measure a water intake amount. The controller is configured to: in response to a first instruction, disable a water injection function of the ice maker, open a first water outlet until the current water intake amount of the water dispenser reaches a first preset threshold value, close the first water outlet, and release the disabling of the water injection function of the ice maker; and in response to a second instruction, when the water injection function of the ice maker is not disabled, open a second water outlet until the current accumulated water intake amount of the ice maker reaches a second preset threshold value or when the first instruction is received, close the second water outlet.
