Abstract:
Provided is a refrigerator configured so that cold air will flow in a vegetable compartment from the rear part toward the front part thereof. Also, the refrigerator has a small-item container (15) provided within the vegetable compartment so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. The ceiling surface of the vegetable compartment, which faces the opening front end (15a) and opening rear end (15b) of the small-item container (15), is provided with sashes (27, 28) for closing the gap between the ceiling surface of the vegetable compartment and the opening front and rear ends (15a, 15b) of the small-item container (15).
