Provided is a refrigerator (1), comprising: a cooling chamber (13), which is provided with an evaporator (32), and is formed with an air supply port (26) connected to a refrigeration compartment (3); a blower (40), which sends cold air supplied from the air supply port (26) to the refrigeration compartment (3); and a shielding device (50), which at least partially blocks the air supply port (26). The shielding device (50) is provided with: a blower cover (51), which covers the blower (40) from the outer side of the cooling chamber (13); a driving shaft (52), which controls the opening and closing operation of the blower cover (51) from the opposite side of the cooling chamber (13); and a support base (53), which supports the driving shaft (52). The blower cover (51) is provided with an opening part (72), and blocks the air supply port (26) in a state where the blower cover is tilted from the vertical direction. The opening part (72) enables the cold air, which is sent from the cooling chamber (13) to an air supply passage (14) of the refrigeration compartment (3), to pass through.
