Abstract:

A refrigerator according to the present invention comprises: a storage space in which food is stored; a cooler for supplying cold to the storage space; a first temperature sensor for detecting the temperature inside the storage space; a first tray constituting a part of an icing cell, which is the space in which water is phase-changed to ice by the cold; a second tray constituting another part of the icing cell; a water supply unit for supplying water to the icing cell; a second temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of water or ice inside the icing cell; a heater located to be adjacent to the first tray and/or the second tray; and a control unit for controlling the heater, wherein the control unit performs a control so that the degree of supercooling of water decreases in at least one period from among a first period before a water supply starts after a preparation step for the water supply is completed, a second period before the water supply is completed after the water supply starts, and a third period before an icing step is completed after the icing step starts.
