Abstract:
The present invention relates to a refrigerator comprising: a cabinet for forming a storage space; a door for opening and closing the opened front surface of the storage space; an upper hinge for connecting the upper surface of the door to the cabinet to be rotatable; a lower hinge for connecting the lower surface of the door to the cabinet to be rotatable; and an auxiliary opening/closing device which is provided on the lower surface of the door and pressurizes the lower hinge to provide an additional rotating force for opening/closing the door, wherein the auxiliary opening/closing device includes: a housing provided in the lower surface of the door; a load which enters and exits from the housing, and is moved to be in contact with the circumferential surface of the lower hinge according to the rotation of the door; and an elastic member which elastically supports the load in the housing and allows the load to pressurize the circumferential surface of the lower hinge.
