Abstract:
A regeneration cooperative brake control device (10) implements control such that a sum of regenerative braking force generated by a motor (108) which is a regenerative braking force generation device of a vehicle and friction braking force generated by a brake mechanism (122) which is a friction braking force generation device of the vehicle becomes a target braking force. A target braking force determination unit (1010) determines the target braking force on the basis of an amount of operation of a brake pedal (102) and, if the vehicle speed of the vehicle (20) is smaller than a predetermined vehicle speed, implements braking force suppression control such that the target braking force relative to the amount of operation of the brake pedal (102) is determined to be a smaller value than the target braking force relative to the amount of operation when the vehicle speed is not smaller than the predetermined vehicle speed.
