Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound represented by the general formula (1) or a prodrug thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound or prodrug which has a prophylactic or therapeutic effect on various diseases such as hypertension, stroke and heart failure. (1) wherein A represents the following formula (A-1) or the like: (A-1) where R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R2, R3, R4 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted or the like; Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 independently represent a nitrogen atom or CR6; R6 independently represents a hydrogen atom or the like; X represents an oxygen atom or the like; Y represents an oxygen atom or the like; L represents a single bond or the like; and B represents an aryl group which may be substituted, a heteroaryl group which may be substituted or the like.
