Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a regulatory vibration isolator. The regulatory vibration isolator has a through outer sleeve and a plurality of spring assemblies containing rubber springs, such that by means of the plurality of rubber springs, a rigid connection between a ballast bed structure and a base structure can be cut off, and impact energy generated during the operation of a train can be absorbed, thereby achieving damping and noise reduction. The rubber spring has easily adjustable rigidity, and can be applied to various road sections with different damping requirements. The rubber spring generally has degrees of freedom in a plurality of directions such as in a vertical direction, a transverse direction, a longitudinal direction and a torsion direction. In the spring assembly of the present invention, the rubber spring is arranged in an encapsulation structure formed by an upper regulatory housing and a lower regulatory housing, which are assembled in an embedded manner, and the transverse and longitudinal degrees of freedom of the rubber spring are rationally restrained by means of the encapsulation structure, which is equivalent to strengthening the transverse rigidity of the rubber spring, such that the rubber spring can have a stable and ideal damping effect and can be protected, and the service life of the rubber spring can be prolonged.
