Abstract:
Disclosed are a rehabilitation exercise apparatus and a rope transmission device. The rope transmission device comprises a device body (10), a transmission assembly (20), a rope winding shaft (30), a swing member (50) and two ropes (40), wherein the rope winding shaft is rotatably connected to the transmission assembly; the periphery of an outer wall of the rope winding shaft is provided with a continuous rope winding spiral groove (301); the rope winding spiral groove has an inner end close to the transmission assembly and an outer end away from the transmission assembly; and the swing member is swingably arranged on the device body in such a manner that a swing axis, around which the swing member swings, is collinear with an axis of rotation of the rope winding shaft. After one end of one of the ropes is fixed to the rope winding shaft, the rope is partially wound in the part of the groove that is close to the inner end of the rope winding spiral groove, and the rope is further fixed to one end of the swing member around the circumference on which the swing member swings; and after one end of the other rope is fixed, the rope is partially wound in the part of the groove that is close to the rope winding spiral groove, and the rope is fixed to the other end of the swing member around the circumference on which the swing member swings.
