Abstract:
Provided are a rehabilitation planning device, a rehabilitation planning system, a rehabilitation planning method, and a program with which it is possible to efficiently create a rehabilitation plan. This rehabilitation planning device (1) has: a rehabilitation pattern selection unit (2); a capability value prediction unit (3) for predicting a physical capability value when an intended patient carries out the rehabilitation indicated in the selected rehabilitation pattern; a repetition control unit (4) for performing a control so that selection by the rehabilitation pattern selection unit (2) and prediction by the capability value prediction unit (3) are repeated; and a determination unit (5) for determining, as a rehabilitation plan for the intended patient, a rehabilitation pattern pertaining to a combination, among the combinations of the rehabilitation patterns and the physical capability values obtained by the repetition of selection and prediction, in which the physical capability value satisfies a prescribed condition.
