A rehabilitation training device, comprising a seat (1) and a mounting housing (3) fixed at the bottom of the seat (1), wherein a positioning block (4) is fixedly connected to a side wall of one side of the mounting housing (3); a rotating frame (5) is rotatably connected to the positioning block (4); two arc-shaped sleeve rings (6), which are symmetrically distributed, are fixedly connected to a lower end of the rotating frame (5); a connecting block (7) is fixedly connected to the interior of the rotating frame (5); an adjustment assembly is mounted inside the mounting housing (3); a nut block (9) is arranged on the adjustment assembly; and a spring (10) is fixedly connected between the nut block (9) and the connecting block (7). The adjustment assembly, the nut block (9), the spring (10) and the connecting block (7) are used, and the adjustment assembly is operated to adjust a horizontal position of the nut block (9), such that one end of the spring (10) is pulled so as to make the spring (10) be in a stretched state, and in this case, the lifting resistance is increased when a user uses the arc-shaped sleeve rings (6) to lift feet upwards for training, such that the strength is adjusted, the adjustment is more convenient compared with the prior art, no size is taken up, and the situation of feet being injured is avoided.
