Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reinforced mechanism for single-beam foldable bicycle. The present is intended to improve the rigidity of conventional single-beam foldable bicycle. The reinforced mechanism according to the invention includes a stiffener capable of folded up, in the working state of bicycle, a triangle is defined by a saddle tube, a beam and the stiffener, the folding joint of the beam is located inside of the triangle. Since the provision of the stiffener, and the stiffener can take on a part of load, the stress in beam can be reduced, whereby reducing the load of folding joint, the rigidity of bicycle in turn is also improved.
