Abstract:
Disclosed is a reinforcing bar coupler which is characterized in that two reinforcing bars are provided; a coupler configured to extend the length of the reinforcing bars is provided; the outside of the coupler is in the shape of a nut and the inside of the coupler is in an oval shape; a piece member is placed between the inside of the coupler and the reinforcing bars in order to couple the two reinforcing bars; the piece member is disposed on the left and right at a portion of the coupler where the diameter of the oval shape is long; and after the two reinforcing bars are coupled, a nut formed on the outside of the coupler is rotated clockwise or counter clockwise, thereby binding the reinforcing bars.
