Abstract:
Provided are a relational database based on an alliance chain, and an operation method and apparatus therefor, wherein same relate to the field of blockchains. The operation method for a relational database based on an alliance chain comprises: receiving an SQL statement, wherein the SQL statement is used for indicating the execution of an operation on a relational database based on an alliance chain (S102); compiling the SQL statement to obtain an interface calling sequence, wherein the interface calling sequence is used for indicating the sequence of interface calling of a MySQL and the alliance chain (S104); and determining index information of data stored in the alliance chain, and performing, according to the interface calling sequence and the index information, an operation on the data stored in the alliance chain (S106). According to the technical solution provided in the method, the problems in the prior art of only being able to perform an operation, such as addition, deletion, modification or querying, on data in an alliance chain in the form of KV key-value pairs and being unable to support SQL statements can be solved.
