Abstract:
A reliability testing device for a composite material propeller blade of a rotor unmanned aerial vehicle in windy and sandy environments, comprising a device body (1), a wind direction adjustment apparatus (5), a sand guiding apparatus (6), a laser vibration measurement apparatus (2), and a sand circulation apparatus (3); a laser beam is emitted by a Doppler laser vibration measurement meter (4), directed to a first reflective mirror (12) via a laser guiding tube (17), and horizontally reflected to a second reflective mirror (22) using the principle of light reflection, and the laser beam of the second reflective mirror (22) is reflected by an elliptical thin-walled reflective mirror (19) to a measurement position of the composite material propeller blade (15); global scanning of the measurement point of the composite material propeller blade (15) is implemented by means of rotating the elliptical thin-walled reflective mirror (19); a drive motor (23) controls the excitation frequency in order to control the flow of sand, and a flow valve (36) and a fan blade (33) control the size and direction of the air flow; measurement of multiple measurement points of the composite material propeller blade (15) in windy and sandy environments is thereby implemented, acquiring a composite material propeller blade (15) that meets the requirements of working in windy and sandy environments, and preventing the multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle from being unable to work normally or even cause a safety accident due to the composite material propeller blade (15) being broken or damaged.
