Abstract:
It is intended to provide a novel tumor antigen which has an epitope capable of inducing a Th1 cell that is a CD4+T cell specific to MAGE-A4 and a method of using the same. It is also intended to provide a remedy for malignant neoplasm which contains a tumor antigen and a Th cell specific to this tumor antigen. It is further intended to provide a polypeptide which comprises one of the amino acid sequences as specified in the following a) and has an activity of making a Th cell specific to MAGE-A4 to produce a cytokine: a) an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 or SEQ ID NO:2.
