Abstract:
Disclosed in the present a remodelable and degradable biomass benzoxazine resin and a preparation method therefor. Biomass decanediamine and isoeugenol are used as raw materials, and an all-biomass benzoxazine monomer is synthesized by means of the Mannich reaction; the monomer is copolymerized with a Schiff base monomer, and curing is performed to obtain a biomass benzoxazine resin having remodeling and degradation functions. The present invention gives recycling, remodeling and degradation characteristics to the benzoxazine resin for the first time. Compared with the prior art, the benzoxazine monomer of the present invention is green, and the prepared remodelable and degradable biomass resin has higher thermal performance and tensile strength, relatively high remodeling efficiency, and simple degradation conditions. The present invention can be used in the fields that require high heat resistance, such as aerospace and electronic information.
