Abstract:
Provided are a remote assistance control method and device. The method comprises: establishing, by a controlling mobile terminal, a connection to a controlled mobile terminal; receiving screen display information sent by the controlled mobile terminal and carrying an assistance content, and displaying the screen display information on a screen of the controlling mobile terminal; and according to the assistance content, sending an operation instruction which operates the screen display information displayed on the screen of the controlling mobile terminal to the controlled mobile terminal, and conducting remote assistance on the controlled mobile terminal using the operation instruction. By means of the present invention, the problem existing in the related art that remote assistance cannot be conducted between mobile terminals is solved, thereby achieving the effects of realizing remote assistance between mobile terminals and improving the user experience.
