Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is, in systems enabled for remote operation, to be able to ensure safety can be ensured for sites in remote operation and illicit manipulation of data is prevented. A remote assistance system 1 comprises: a control device 40 that controls an industrial machine 10; a first information processing terminal 50 that is connected directly or via a network line to the control device; and a second information processing terminal 60 that is connected directly or via a network line to the control device or the first information processing terminal. The remote assistance system is configured so that the first information processing terminal can allow the control device or the first information processing terminal to be remotely operated by the second information processing terminal or forbidden from being remotely operated thereby.
