A novelty in remote control vehicle air brake system method to be used for braking by remote control for vehicles and hand brake controlling, particularly to be used in defence armoured vehicles and characterized by comprising a hand brake valve (5) activated for hand braking by remote control, air open close valve (2) used for opening air path to bypass line, two-way safety valve (4) preventing flow back of air. 2. A novelty in remote control vehicle air brake system method according to claim 1 and characterized in comprising foot brake valve (1 ) for conduct of foot braking, air pressure valve (3) adjusting air pressure and changing braking force. 3. A novelty in remote control vehicle air brake system method according to claim 1 and characterized by foot brake valve (1 ) being bypassed by air open close valve (2), air pressure valve (3), two-way safety valve (4). 4. The Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a novelty in remote control vehicle air brake system method used in vehicles.
The invention particularly relates to a novelty in remote control vehicle air brake system method to be used for braking by remote control for vehicles and hand brake controlling, particularly to be used in defence industry armoured vehicles.
Background of the Invention
Today despite measures taken in vehicles used particularly in defence industry, during fighting, crew in the vehicle may get injured upon mine and explosive firing. In order to prevent it, vehicles need to travel from one place to another without driver.
Brake system of vehicles used in defence industry is important. Vehicles may stop in short distance despite their effective weights. However, at present there is only braking case where driver controls only by foot brake valve.
European patent application numbered EP2396565 discloses a vehicle brake embodiment. Brake shoe carrying plates, brake shoes an electronic memory and an electronic unit accessories are disclosed. It is insufficient to solve the said problem.
Another application related to the matter is a Turkish Patent application numbered 2016/09958. The application discloses a brake cylinder for vehicle brakes running with compressed air. It does not offer needed solution.
As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions, it has been necessary to make development in the related art.
Purpose of the Invention
The invention has been developed with inspiration from existing situation and aims to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages. Primary purpose of the invention is to enable braking with remote control while driving vehicles without driver.
Another purpose of the invention is to enable braking of vehicle at desired distance in a safe manner.
A further purpose of the invention is to enable braking by remote control in cases when there is driver fault in safety terms even if vehicle is used with driver.
Another purpose of the invention is to enable stopping by means of both hand brake and normal braking.
In order to achieve above described purposes, the invention comprises foot brake valve, air open-close valve, air pressure valve, two way safety valve, hand brake valve.
In addition, in order to achieve above described purposes the invention is a system developed to provide functions of remote control air brake system comprising method steps of
• Controlling vehicle brakes by foot by means of foot brake valve
• Remote control vehicle braking by means of bypassing air open close valve, air pressure valve, two way safety valve
• Activation of hand brake by hand brake valve
• Bypassing had brake valve by air open-close valve and two-way safety valve.
The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the remote control brake system being subject of the invention have been described only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.
Air foot brake valve (1) is bypassed by 3 valves. They are air open close valve (2), air pressure valve (3) and two-way safety valve (4). Air open close valve (2) is an electric activated air valve and opens and closes path. Air pressure valve (3) is a proportional valve and adjusts pressure of air and changes brake force. Two way safety valve (4) prevents return of passing air to foot brake valve (1) and thus prevents exhausting. Service brake system is of double circuit and therefore one bypass line is provided per each circuit. Simultaneously system is intervened mechanically by use of foot brake valve (1 ) and thus braking can also be provided. Two-way safety brake valve (4) allows air existing directed to air callipers and thus braking is provided.
Hand brake valve (5) is bypassed by two valves. Thus said valves with hand brake electrical activation are used as remote control. Valves bypassing hand brake valve (5) are; air open close valve (2) and two-way safety valve (4). Air open close valve (2) is an electric activated air valve and opens and closes path. Two-way safety valve (4) prevents return of passing air to hand brake valve (5) and thus prevents exhausting. Simultaneously system can be intervened mechanically by hand brake valve (5).
As a result, air service brake and air park brake used in brake system are bypassed by means of electro-pneumatic actuator and flow of air through another path is provided and braking is enabled. Simultaneously, service brake and park brake can also be controlled mechanically.
