Abstract:
Disclosed are a remote control method, device and system for a terminal device. The remote control method for a terminal device comprises: receiving a control instruction from a client by means of an instant communication tool, wherein the control instruction is an instruction for controlling a terminal device; acquiring a first client account, wherein the first client account is a client account of the client in the instant communication tool; acquiring a first terminal device identifier according to a correspondence between the client account and the terminal device identifier, wherein the first terminal device identifier is a terminal device identifier corresponding to the first client account; and sending the control instruction to the terminal device corresponding to the first terminal device identifier, so as to control the terminal device corresponding to the first terminal device identifier. By means of the present invention, the problem of inconvenience in management and maintenance caused by non-uniformity of remote control interfaces of terminal devices in the internet of things in the prior art is solved.
