Abstract:
A remote controller (1) is provided with a user interface (11), a rotational state detection unit (14), and a control unit (15). The rotational state detection unit (14) detects the rotational state of the remote controller (1). The control unit (15) determines one display mode from among a plurality of display modes prescribed according to different user layers, on the basis of the rotational state detected by the rotational state detection unit (14). The control unit (15) also causes an operation screen to be displayed on the user interface (11) in the determined display mode.
