Abstract:
Disclosed are a remote debugging method, a set-top box and a server. The method comprises: establishing an SSH connection with a server based on an SSH protocol, the server being set in a remote external network; receiving and executing a debugging instruction sent by the server; during the execution of the debugging instruction, periodically collecting output data of the set-top box according to a pre-set period; and sending, based on the SSH connection, the output data to the server, so that a remote server executes a subsequent debugging operation according to the output data. The technical problem that a remote external network server can remotely debug a set-top box of an internal network without first accessing the internal network is solved, the technical effect of remotely debugging a set-top box is truly achieved, and convenient, real-time, efficient, low-cost service experience is brought to users, after-sales personnel and technical personnel.
