Abstract:
The present invention relates to a remote monitoring and management system for a smart POS terminal and a remote monitoring and management method therefor. The system has: a smart POS terminal; and a terminal monitoring and management apparatus arranged at a background server and used for monitoring and managing the smart POS terminal, wherein the smart POS terminal has: a real-time communication module for implementing instant communication between the smart POS terminal and the terminal monitoring and management apparatus; an instruction analysis module for analysing an instruction from the terminal monitoring and management apparatus; and a task processing module for executing a task analysed by the instruction analysis module and returning an execution result to the instant communication module. According to the present invention, related information about a remote smart POS terminal can be obtained in real time, thereby facilitating monitoring and various emergency processing.
