Provided are a server and the like that can provide an operator of a work machine with information relating to the effect that a variety of meterological conditions relating to a region, such as quantity of rainfall and air temperature, will have on the movement and work of the work machine. The present invention outputs, to a remote output interface 220 of a remote operation device 20, first work reference information Img(info1) expressing the meteorological conditions (actual measured values or analyzed values) during a first designated period in the past and the meteorological conditions (predicted values) during a second designated period in the future, for a designated area A where a work machine 40 is present. Consequently, an operator of the work machine 40 can be made to estimate or predict information relating to what sort of changes the meteorological conditions during the first designated period in the past and the second designated period in the future have caused or will cause to inherent properties of the ground in the designated area, and by extension, the properties of the ground that, having changed, will affect the movement or work of the work vehicle 40.
