Abstract:
A removal device, comprising: a cylinder (10) for providing an extension and retraction stroke, with side plates (20) being connected, one to either side of one end of the cylinder; a fixed rod (30), connected to a cylinder arm of the cylinder (10), being used for connecting a manipulator; and a clamping portion (40), connected to a telescopic rod of the cylinder (10), being used for clamping a nozzle, and comprising two jaws (41) which are provided opposite to each other and respectively rotatably connected to the inner sides of the two side plates (20), one end of each of the two jaws (41) extending out of an end of each side plate (20), and the other end being connected to the telescopic rod of the cylinder by means of a clamping mechanism (50); the other end of each of the jaws (41) has two opposite side walls (42), a roller (43) being connected between the two side walls; the clamping mechanism (50) is provided with two sliding grooves (51) which are inclined and respectively slidingly fitted with two rollers (43), the two sliding grooves (51) inclining towards opposite directions so as to enable the two jaws (41) to open and close during the forward and backward movement of the clamping mechanism (50), the clamping mechanism (50) being further provided with a connecting portion (52) connected to the telescopic rod of the cylinder (10). Said device has a simple structure, and is convenient and practical.
