A removal-proof connector comprises: a connector body (4) provided with a threaded hole (41) and an open recess (42); and an assistive fixture (2), provided with an engagement cavity (21), a gap (212) and an engagement block (211) being provided in the engagement cavity (21). The engagement cavity (21) of the assistive fixture (2) is detachably sleeved on the connector body (4) by means of the gap (212). The engagement block (211) of the assistive fixture (2) is located in the open recess (42) of the connector body (4). The open recess (42) comprises a tightening surface and a removing surface. When tightening torque is applied to the assistive fixture (2), the assistive fixture (2) applies torque to the connector body (4) by means of the tightening surface so as to drive the connector body (4) to rotate. When loosening torque is applied to the assistive fixture (2), the assistive fixture (2) reduces the efficiency of torque transmission by means of the removing surface, and the assistive fixture (2) deforms or causes a torque tool acting on the assistive fixture (2) to slip, so as not to drive the connector body (4) to rotate. Also provided are a removal-proof connector assembly and an air conditioner.
