Abstract:
The present application relates to a removing device, a pole piece processing apparatus, and a removing method, which belong to the technical field of battery manufacturing. The present application provides a removing device for removing a defective section of a pole piece. The removing device comprises a first conveying mechanism for conveying the pole piece; a cutting mechanism, which is arranged downstream of the first conveying mechanism and used for cutting the pole piece; and a second conveying mechanism, comprising one pair of first clamping rollers, the second conveying mechanism being switched between a working position and a non-working position, wherein at the working position, the second conveying mechanism is located downstream of the cutting mechanism, the pair of first clamping rollers is used to clamp and convey the defective section of the pole piece, and at the non-working position, the second conveying mechanism is not located on a conveying path of the pole piece. By using the removing device, the defective section can be removed during the process of conveying the pole piece, and the influence on the pole piece conveying path during the defective section removing process is small. The present application further provides a pole piece processing apparatus comprising the removing device. The present application further provides a removing method.
