Abstract:
Provided is a method for removing a first holder member 50 from a second holder member 60 in a cartridge 1. The cartridge 1 includes: a housing 10, 30; the first holder member 50 holding an electrical contact surface 411; and the second holder member 60 supported by the housing 10, 30. The first holder member 50 includes a pawl 52, 53, and the second holder member 60 includes a corner part 62, 63 engageable with the pawl 52, 53 of the first holder member 50. The electrical contact surface 411 is held at one end surface of the first holder member 50 in a first direction crossing the electrical contact surface 411. The method includes: disengaging the pawl 52, 53 from the corner part 62, 63; and separating the housing 10, 30 and the second holder member 60 from the first holder member 50 in the first direction away from the one end surface of the first holder member 50.
