Abstract:
A rendering device (1) is provided with: a laser light source unit (20) which outputs laser light; a scan mirror unit (30) which scans by reflecting the laser light; a rendering control unit (121) which on the basis of display image data, controls the output value of the laser light from the laser light source unit (20) such that a display image (61) is rendered by the laser light in a range (7) where the scan mirror unit (30) scans; and an output adjustment control unit (122) which controls the laser light source unit (20) such that characteristic detection laser light for adjusting the output value of the laser light is outputted outside a range (71) where the display image in the range (7) where the scan mirror unit (30) scans is rendered, wherein the output adjustment unit (122) causes the characteristic detection laser light to be intermittently outputted in a one-frame period.
