Abstract:
The present invention provides a renewable energy-based hydrogen production and storage system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a renewable energy power generation subsystem, a water electrolysis hydrogen production subsystem, a heat tracing subsystem, and an organic matter hydrogen storage subsystem, wherein the heat tracing subsystem is connected between the organic matter hydrogen storage subsystem and the water electrolysis hydrogen production subsystem, and part of heat generated when the organic matter hydrogen storage subsystem generates a hydrogenated organic matter is transferred to the water electrolysis hydrogen production subsystem by means of the heat tracing subsystem to heat a water electrolysis hydrogen production device. According to the solution, the water electrolysis hydrogen production device is heated by utilizing heat generated by reaction of hydrogen and an organic matter, so that liquid in the water electrolysis hydrogen production device may not be frozen and crystallized in cold seasons, the next startup time is shortened while the system safety is guaranteed, and the production efficiency of the water electrolysis hydrogen production device is improved. Moreover, part of heat of the hydrogenated organic matter is used for heating the water electrolysis hydrogen production device, the cooling water consumption required for cooling the hydrogenated organic matter is reduced, and the energy utilization rate of the system is increased.
