Abstract:
Provided are a reporter system for screening VFM quorum sensing signal quenching bacteria and an inhibitor, and a construction method therefor. Dickeya zeae MS2 is used as a recipient bacterium, into which a reporter plasmid is transferred to obtain the provided reporter system VR2, wherein the reporter plasmid is obtained by means of taking pPROBE-NT plasmid as a framework and inserting an optimized vfmE promoter upstream of a GFP gene. By means of taking a green fluorescent protein as a reporter gene, on the premise that a VFM signal structure is unknown, the system can be used for detecting the VFM signal intensity, which provides a new method for screening quorum quenching biocontrol bacteria and signal inhibitors of bacterial soft rot caused by Dickeya.
