Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to suppress excessive reporting according to the number of people remaining in a vehicle. A camera (30) captures an image of the interior of the vehicle. A person information acquisition means (21) acquires person information of a person inside the vehicle from the in-vehicle image captured by the camera (30). A determination means (22) determines, on the basis of the person information acquired by the person information acquisition means (21), whether the person in the vehicle is a person to be monitored. If the determination means (22) determines that the person inside the vehicle is the person to be monitored, a reporting means (23) reports that there is a person inside the vehicle.
