Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a request processing method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: in the case of using a target edge server in an edge server cluster to receive a user request and execute actions indicated by continuous action information for completing the user request, monitoring an operation state of the target edge server; in the case that the operation state is an abnormal state, acquiring feature information of the user request from a preset shared database and determining a standby edge server from the edge server cluster on the basis of the feature information; and synchronizing the continuous action information stored in the preset shared database to the standby edge server, and using the standby edge server to continue to execute the actions not executed by the target edge server among the actions indicated by the continuous action information. According to the technical solution, the request processing capability is improved.
