Abstract:
A reservation management device is provided which can be flexibly applied to services of a variety of business types and business models. This reservation management device can connect over a network with a reservation receiver terminal and a reservation applicant terminal. In this reservation management device, the reservation receiver selects one reservation receiving type from reservation receiving types that include a preconfigured type for receiving a reservation from a reservation applicant using reservation slots configured by the reservation receiver, and/or a free receiving type which receives a reservation from the reservation applicant by allowing configuring a reservation slot within a service offering time set by the reservation receiver. The reservation receiver registers menu items specifying the content of the service to be provided by the reservation receiver, and resources for when the reservation receiver provides the service. A reservation receiving screen corresponding to the reservation receiving type selected by the reservation receiver, and menu items and resources registered by the reservation receiver, are used to receive reservations from reservation applicants.
