Abstract:

It is intended to reduce heat storage in a heat insulator applied to the outer periphery of a living room in a residential building, to simplify construction work, to save energy, and to rationalize retention of living environment. The outer surface of a heat insulating member (2) disposed on the outer periphery of a partition panel in a roof, ceiling, wall or the like surrounding a living room is covered with a heat shielding member (1) having a heat reflecting foil, thereby preventing transmission of radiant heat due to heating to the heat insulating member (2), reducing the heat storage in the heat insulating member (2).
