Title:
RESILIENTLY WEARABLE INTEGRAL SUNGLASSES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/109056
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to resiliently wearable integral sunglasses, and more particularly ones which comprise: a body part (100) curved in cross section to snugly fit the user's face; a central part (130) formed in such a way as to connect to a curving left part (110) and right part (120) in the middle of the body part (100) and to support the body part (100); a nose seat (131) formed at the lower end of the central part (130) so as to snugly fit over the ridge of the user's nose; a vision protecting film (200) disposed on the outside surface of the body part (100) to protect the user's vision; foldable parts (300) which are integrally connected on either side of the body part (100) and of which a portion near to the connection region can be folded; and supporting parts (400) which extend bent integrally at either side of the foldable part (300), and which closely fit the user's temples such that the body part (100) is secured on the user's face. The resiliently wearable integral sunglasses provided by the present invention can be secured on the user's face with appropriate resiliency, the resiliency does not decline even as time passes, and not only can the sunglasses be easily folded but also portability and storability can be straightforward as the folded volume is minimised since the invention comprises: the body part (100) curved in cross section to snugly fit the user's face; the central part (130) formed in such a way as to connect to a curving left part (110) and right part (120) in the middle of the body part (100) and to support the body part (100); the nose seat (131) formed at the lower end of the central part (130) so as to snugly fit over the ridge of the user's nose; the vision protecting film (200) disposed on the outside surface of the body part (100) to protect the user's vision; the foldable parts (300) which are integrally connected on either side of the body part (100) and of which a portion near to the connection region can be folded; and the supporting parts (400) which extend bent integrally at either side of the foldable part (300), and which closely fit the user's temples such that the body part (100) is secured on the user's face. Also the present invention comprises first, second and third flexing preventing parts (140, 310, 410) to prevent the sunglasses from being damaged due to flexing of the inside surface and the outside surface.
